Yes. The PV Inputs window gives you the choice of explicitly modeling the effect of temperature on the PV array. If you choose to do so, you need to enter ambient temperature data, which HOMER Pro uses to calculate the cell temperature in each time step. If you choose not to explicitly model the effect of temperature, you should still account for the temperature- related discrepancy between real and rated power output by reducing the PV derating factor.
