I am running a model with Hydrogen load with no tank (I just put 0 kg in the tank size space) and want to know why electrolyzer produces more hydrogen than the load?

Good question about excess hydrogen production.  HOMER chooses to put all surplus electricity through the electrolyzer, even if that leads to excess hydrogen production.
