How can I export hourly temperature, humidity, solar, and wind data from a model?

You'll need to create a simple model with a PV, wind turbine, and a load. You'll want to check "Consider temperature effects" on the "Temperature" tab in the PV menu. Now, once you add these three resources and click "Calculate", the results will include the time series resource data. Double-click the row in the results table that includes wind and PV in the model, and click the "Export" button in the lower-right of the detail results window (screenshot attached). Columns for wind, ambient temperature, and global solar will be included in the csv export.

I've attached a model set up as described above. You can open the file, import your resource data, click "Calculate", double click the result, and click the "Export" button.
