Where can I find the flow battery model in HOMER?

On the Battery Inputs window, if you click the New button you'll see the Create New Battery window, at the top right of which is a checkbox to indicate that the battery is a flow battery.  If you define a flow battery and choose it from the drop-down list on the Battery Inputs window, that window will change to be appropriate for flow batteries.
