If we are using pitch regulated turbines, I guess the best option would be to give sea level wind speeds for our desired wind power classes.  We would have to set the elevation to be 0 in our inputs to Homer.  How would that affect the other Homer calculations?

The elevation affects nothing except the wind turbine output, so setting it to zero and sending in sea level wind speeds should work just fine.
