Is it possible to model the use of an ORC unit using waste heat from a diesel generator(s)?

Another way to model an ORC system would be to simply add its electric output to the output of the diesel generator it is connected to so that its fuel curve relates the fuel input to the combined output of the diesel with its ORC unit.
