When trying to creat a new fuel for a gernerator my 'new button' is disabled and I don't know why. Do you know how to enable this button?

HOMER disables the fuel button only if the current fuel is "Stored hydrogen"or "Biogas".  Choose any other fuel and you will be able to click New.
