External Controllers 

We report the operating capacity served for external controllers; we don't report the actual operating capacity. Served capacity will always equal required capacity unless there's a shortage. Note that it can be served from either bus (DC operating capacity can serve AC required capacity, but it will be recorded as AC served). 

Internal Controllers 

We report the actual operating capacity for each bus, respectively, for internal controllers (Load Following and Cycle Charging). In order see if the required operating capacity is served, you add the AC and DC required capacity and compare it to the sum of the AC and DC operating capacity (minus conversion losses).
