HOMER now models the effect of temperature on the PV array.  If you check the temperature checkbox in the PV Inputs window, you can enter the temperature coefficient of power and the nominal operating cell temperature.  Then you have to enter temperature data: either monthly values or from a time series data file.  You can import solar radiation and temperature data from TMY2 files.  In the simulation results, HOMER plots the ambient temperature and the cell temperature.
